What am I doing all time at home?

Yeah! It is me asking! You know, I'm a busy bee these days. As I'm able to walk on my own I don't really need anybody's help to explore the house. I'm running through all the corners of the house and walking even outside of the house.
I'm cooking... what do you want to have today???
I don't even stop for anything. Amma has to catch me for giving bath and for giving food. And as I'm grown up now and know few words, I can understand what they talk! Whenever Amma ask me to get bath, I will run away from her and I make her to run behind me! Not only for this but for all :-)
Oh! Come on Baby...
By reading this and after seeing some of my photos, you might be thinking that I have become so naughty! Yeah! you need not change your mind, I'm Naughty these days. I don't know why and I really don't know how I became like this. It may be because I'm grown up and able to walk and run, so that I don't need their help to go here n there!
Taking for a walk!!!
I go behind Amma until she starts to office and after that I go behind my Amatha (my granny) all time. My all time favorite place is Kitchen. I don't know what she does there but she will be making some utensils noise and preparing something. Somehow I ask her to take me and show the stove so that I can watch what my granny is preparing! and sometimes it would be Yummy food for me!!!

Helping Amatha for cooking!!!
When I talk about playing, I would say that I love to drive my car, and take the baby doll and explore the house with her. It is funny sometimes when I think of myself, coz' I would ask baby doll to have her food and ask her to use the potty. :P that too when I don't feel like doing that!
Wanna a ride???

Oh! Tough time after super mess up!!1
So, Amma somehow I'm passing my time when you are not at home! I'm a good girl and as you know I don't disturb Amatha much!

At last Amma is at home and I'm resting on her!!!

What did Sharmi Aunty buy for you?

I got a gift from Sharmila Aunty for my Birthday! Any guess what it was?
Oh! My God... How to open this??? What is inside???

Oh! Is it for me?? Thank you Aunty

Ennanu thaan sollungale pls....
It was a wonderful Toy Car. I liked it very much. I like to drive this car everywhere inside the house. Whenever I'm bored I press a horn button and it sings a song for me.
Can I go for a ride????
It has a luggage box also, I used to put some of my toys and take it for a round! I know how to ride this using my legs.
Ah... What is this? Toys carrier????
And sometimes I will ask my Appa to push the car for me.  I will keep my legs little bit up on the front part of the car and car will move very fast (and furious too) !!

Taking Baby doll for a ride!!!
I like that very much. I take my baby doll also along with me whenever I ride this. I love this toy car so much. Thankyou Sharmi Aunty for this awesome gift.

Love
Thamizhini.

So now you guys know who bought this and for what. I ask Thamizhini now and then to make her understand that the gift is from Sharmi Aunty. As she can not tell her name, I ask her like "Sharmi Aunty enna vangi koduthanga" and as a answer she shows her hands to the Car. Wow....

Thrilled to Bits

Any Idea... Any Guess... What caused this excitement to Thamizhini? Yeah, this weekend was the first time that we had been to beach with Thamizhini!!! She was so much delighted to see the sea for first time.

I could still remember that she was not laughing at me but was smiling. I knew that she was so happy to see that sandy land and she must be wondering where she has come with Amma and Appa. Nowadays she is OK kinda with over crowd unless they disturb her. So she was enjoying the evening with us and walked holding our hands in the beach.  If I'm right she made 10 steps easily! Hurrayyyyyyyy Thamizhini...!!! But after that I took her in my hands as we can expect only less cleanliness in the beach, that too on weekends.

Amma, you always pose with me! just leave me now, I wanna play.
We sat on the beach for sometime and thought that we can leave Thamizhini in the water to play for sometime. I changed her dress and she went with her Dad to play in the water. I was thinking that whether she will play in the water or will be scared to get down in that. But to my surprise, she got down from her Appa's hand and started walking on the wet sand towards the water where waves are coming. Nalin hold her hands and she was happy to wet her legs in the water and even very much happy to drench herself when big waves pushed water over her. She didn't scared for a second even though big waves came and swallowed sand with it. It was really enjoyable to see her playing.
Chweet family...
She did not really mind any one there. She was playing as if she is the only one in that area. We had taken few snaps and videos over there. I was more of concentrated on her playing than clicking pictures.

Appa enna vitraatheenga..

Yaaru ivlo soap potta? Ivlo foam????

Wow.... Its really exciting...
I will upload few videos later but now only photo show. I was so happy that at last we have made it. And we are thinking to take her to the beach at least once or twice in a month. Let us see how it goes.... :-)

At last I got some time to sit...
Thanks Appa for taking me here...!!!

I Don't Want to Take Bath

I Don't Want to Take a Bath

"I don't want to take bath!" cries Little Tiger. Even though Mommy Tiger tells her taking a bath is fun, Little Tiger does not agree!

I think I have to buy this book and read for her, then I hope she might get interested to take bath! In earlier days when she was very little, I mean 6 or 7 months old, she never cried for bathing. But recent days I do not remember any days that she came for bath without crying. Yeah, I understand the reason behind this. Yes, I do not allow her for playing in the water. Because in the morning it will be very tough for me to leave office in time, if  I leave her in water to play. Getting away from water is more tedious than taking her to bath! :D Also our bath room is too small and it is not child proofed too. So I worry very much to leave her there to play.

Today I asked her like "Will go for bath" she said, mm... mm... meaningfully yes to me without understanding the real meaning in it. When I asked for "Kulichikalama", she understands that and hesitates to go for bath! My poor girl did not understand English :-)

Sometimes it is very funny to be with her by seeing all her little actions. My dirty darling, love you da, even though you don't like to take bath.

Exploring Pets

This was the last day in native and we visited my granny's place. I had been planning to take Thamizhini there, but today only it happened. Thamizhini was always excited in native as it was totally a new environment and was seeing new people now and then!

My granny's house is located in the middle of agriculture land and it was totally greeny whereever you see. And what caused more excitement to Thamizhini is Animals; yeah, pet animals. They have Cows, Buffalos, Goats and a Dog. She was so happy to see all. As we are here in Chenni, we can see only Dogs everywhere. :D Even though she wanted to touch all the pets, her fear towards pets did not allow; so just watched them all time.

Thamizhini's mama always make her fussy and then try to play with her. Look at the below video how her mama calls her to see Hen and how she reacts to that! I liked her expression much when she says No to him.

Thankyou Rishmy

Hope you all remember that my friend Rishmy had given me a gift when I visted her! And any idea, what was in that gift pack? It was a cute Ghagra Choli for me!!! Hiya Hiya...
Thankyou Rish Akka....
Rishmy Akka, Thank you very much for your gift. I liked it very much and loved the pouch which is attached to it. The dress was very much convienent to me. Actually I was bit worried that it will pinch me when I wear it as I saw the dress and thread work on. But it is not. It fits me awesome!
Hey! Its me rocking here...
Look at the photos akka, Im very much pretty in all the snaps.

--Thamizhini.

Ok guys! The above one is mind reading that I did from my little one! She was very much comfortable on the dress and she looked very beautiful in the dress. I made her to wore on her Chithapa's wedding and I'm sure she was rocking with her cute dress!
I want.. I want...
Happy to walk....
She liked the pouch which is there part of her dress and she liked to have it on her shoulder. Bena, Show this post to Rishmy kutti.... :-)

Grown up!

Thamizhini never ever scared for anything, once she started walking. Her legs never stopped roaming house and wanted to go out always then walk. When we were on train towards native, she wanted to walk even though train was moving and she was not able to balance too.

In the marriage hall, she was roaming as if no one is there to scare her! She was just roaming everywhere, wanting whatever she sees and pushing, pulling the chairs everywhere. Check out the videos below:

I was not able to control my laugh when she was asking for that lock. I was always wondering what is there in the lock as she always wanted to play with it. In our house, it was reachable to her hand, so she plays with it and she wanted the same even outside the house. As it was not reachable, she was crying and trying to climb on the door. I felt like ROFL.

The Big Day - Thamizhini's Birthday

Oh! My little one turned one today. This was the day in last year, I experienced hospital bed for first time in my life and got this cute bundle of joy in my hand. All the pain and other complications left out of me, once I had my baby in my hand. Still I could remember the days she was crying now and then and looking blankly at every one. Growing up a kid teaches you everything. I could now feel how motherhood would be as I'm experiencing it for a year. You may get tensed for many reasons when you are growing up them, but at last in the night when they sleep innocently in your hands, you will know nothing is warming than this.
The day was good and we were waiting for Thamizhini to get up on her own and we did not go to wake her up. Once she got up, we made her ready to go to temple after her breakfast. We were in temple for an hour and her Appuchi, Amatha and Mama presented her a gold chain.
Giving pose after getting Chain from Maama
I don't know that she really understood what they have given and but she was happy to hold the box and the chain in her hand. :-)  Look at her cute Pattu Paavadai.  I feel She looks tall in this costume and I liked the color most. It had small stones on it and it added beautiful look on it.
Very Happy to see the box...
After coming back from temple, we packed everything in hurry-burry to start to the marriage hall. And now, here is the point. Whoever were thinking by seeing the "Birthday Invite" that the birthday celebration is going to happen in a Wedding hall / Chaultry, here comes the truth. Yeah, actually Thamizhini's Chithappa's marriage was fixed next day of her Birthday and the marriage functions were happening for two days from that day. So obviously we were in the hall to attend the marriage function.
Yummy Cake...
So to my disappointment and may be later once she has grown up, to her disappointments, we simply cut the cake in the hall. Once we came to know that the marriage was fixed on July 3rd, I (here i do not want to add Nalin) dropped all the plans and creative ideas that i had on mind to celebrate her birthday. Whenever I go for my friend's kids birthdays, I used to dream how will I celebrate my kid's.
In deep thoughts....
Even though the marriage was happening in one side, we could have planned something better to celebrate her birthday. I was so much disappointed that Nalin did not want to plan anything as the engagement for the couple was about to start and he thought it would disturb them. I felt from where the hell he could get thoughts like this.

That was really really big cake, but still Dad gives very little to me...?
So now you guys know how we have celebrated Thamizhini's birthday. Hmm... I don't want to use the term celebration as we simply cut the cake. Even Thamizhini was so tired as she did not get her nap time properly. She was so moody, clumsy and top of that the crowd. She was crying for dressing, wearing shoes and even for cutting the cake.
I did not get one single snap where she was smiling. She was so cranky. Hmm.. but that is the way the kid used to be. How about her dress? We were shopping for her in the weekends before we started to native. Look at her matching chappals and bangles. :-)
I feel, my mom is prettier than this flower. What say?? ;-)
Look at the pictures for decorative cake and how kids enjoyed the evening. The cake was Black Forest and the taste was yummy. Kids were enjoying the cake and they were nicely playing with each other with the masks. Thamizhini got beautiful gifts from her Kumutha Athai and Selvaraj maama and from her Chithappa too.
Hey! Look at the green leaf... Is that mean "Go Greeeeeeeeeen!!!"Hmm.. actually we forgot to buy paper plates. :-D
Even though there were no grand celebration, there were lots of good moments to cherish for ever and of course it is natural, you feel good when you are with dear and near ones.

PS: Thanks Babu Chithapa for the photos. It is really good and I'm looking pretty in all the photos. - Thamizhini.
