At Native

We had been to native for our relative's marriage and it was a total fun to be in the new place and environment. Compared to last time, Thamizhini was bit easy going with new faces, she was not crying to be with new ones but she was feeling bit shy. Yeah, She was telling "vetkam vandhiruchu" :P

Ammavum Naanum!
As her Maama also had come to native, Thamizhini was so happy to play with him. He used to play with her very naughtily and makes her to laugh so much. And of course, sometimes he used to make her frighten by showing faces. But, as a growing tot, these days she is not getting frightened!

Enjoying with Maama.
We had been to "Bannari Amman Temple" for our sister's marriage and we clicked some photos there.

Check out, Thamizhini is scolding her maama.

Again, Ammavum naanum...!!!

Exploring Pets

This was the last day in native and we visited my granny's place. I had been planning to take Thamizhini there, but today only it happened. Thamizhini was always excited in native as it was totally a new environment and was seeing new people now and then!

My granny's house is located in the middle of agriculture land and it was totally greeny whereever you see. And what caused more excitement to Thamizhini is Animals; yeah, pet animals. They have Cows, Buffalos, Goats and a Dog. She was so happy to see all. As we are here in Chenni, we can see only Dogs everywhere. :D Even though she wanted to touch all the pets, her fear towards pets did not allow; so just watched them all time.

Thamizhini's mama always make her fussy and then try to play with her. Look at the below video how her mama calls her to see Hen and how she reacts to that! I liked her expression much when she says No to him.

Visiting Native - Back to Chennai : Part III

Oh! finally we all were ready to return back to Chennai. The luckage did not reduce as we have recived presents from friends and relatives for Thamizhini. Only diapers reduced. :-)

We started around 7:30am from house and train was scheduled around 8:30am from Erode junction. The weather was little bit cold as it was November end. We wrapped Thamizhini well in her cloth (No extra cloth like Sweater or Cap, all packed in bag. Felt sorry later for this blunder mistake) and as she said bye bye to her Grandpa, the train started to move. By 9 O Clock, Thamizhini felt sleepy as she woke early to get ready :D She started sleeping on my hand and as usual she slept for half an hour and woke up exactly at Salem. After that she did not sleep but enjoyed the train journey for sometime. We were better planned this time (lesson learnt from the last journey), we booked 2 tier AC where our berth was adjacent. So we did not worried for the berth arrangements and enjoyed the time with Thamizhini. she played with her toys and looked through the window for some time then slept for 20mins. This was the routine thing she did until we reach Chennai, But i hsould say she enjoyed the joruney, watch out the video, you will know better.

But when we reached Chennai, she became little clumsy and started crying now and then. I realised later that she got COLD and her nose started dripping. My God, my sweet baby got cold because of my mistake that I had not put sweater and cap to her in the early morning when we started our journey.  :-(

Visiting Native - Friends and Relatives: Part II

Part II is about the people thamizhini met and how she was with everyone. We were there in the native for three weeks (from 11th Nov 2010 to 28th Nov 2010) and its full of travel to here and there. Weekends with Daddy at Gobi and Weekdays with Amma at Perundurai :-D .

Look at her leg, how it rests
I have to say that Thamizhini met 100s of relatives and friends totally. She was going to each and everyone with happy face. No crying, nothing. I was worrying that how thamizhini will react, whenever new person come in. But theres no change in her. All 100 are same for her. I felt childhood is BEST :D

Thamizhini's Sakthi Athai and Babu Chithappa also were there as they planned their vacation on November and As usual she received loads of presents from them.

Even I got sometime for me to call all my friends and talk. My friend Alamelu visited us and she bought a toy for Thamizhini. I have to say that whether Thamizhini likes the toy or not, we liked the toy which makes huge sound when we play. Why we liked, Because when she cries, we need to make more sound than her to make her calm down. So its better to play the toy and make the HUGE noise. EASY.

Amma, Ok?
Too bad, you are telling about my cry.. eh?
We had been to our temple (Kulatheivam) as this was the first time we went to native after birth of Thamzihini.

Visiting native - First Train Journey : Part I

Wow... I was worried that how Thamizhini will manage in train journey. But to my surprise, I should say she enjoyed it. The West coast exp. was scheduled to depart at 11:30a.m from Central, Chennai and we were fully prepared with our lunch, snacks and even with Tea.

She just looked left and right to see the crowd in the station and I could read her mind that she was thinking that from where they all came in, and what my mom supposed to do in this place with me. We booked first class ticket and what a system, we three of us got in to three different cabins. But somehow managed to get in one and there started our journey.

Listening to Mom
Thamizhini slept for half an hour for every 2hrs. And for sometime she was just seeing through the Window but I don't think that she would have got some scenery outside, as train was moving very fast and even we could not set our eyes to one thing.

The process - Diaper Change
It was around 7hrs journey to reach our native and from there another half an hour by Car.  When finally reached home, i felt exhausted. Then think of Thamizhini, she is totally tired and slept by 9:30 that night, but she did not get up in the night even for one feeding.
