Ngoi Ngoi

Ngoi... Ngoi.... Any idea? Any one has any clue about it? Hmm.... That is a language and Yes, it is English language. Yeah, that is how Thamizhini says. As she started going to school, she learns many things and one of the thing is English.

Here at home we do speak English, but not a full sentence. We do speak few common English words that Thamizhini can understand like, hug me, kiss me. And of course Thanglish, Pen Kodu, mobile edu, school bag enge kinda. And I know, can't escape from these words.

But what does that mean ngoi.. ngoi... Check out the video you will understand about the meaning.

Ha... Ha... Yeah that is how her teachers talk in the class room! And she says Ayamma are talking nicely i.e she says "Azhaga pesuvanga". I asked her what do they talk and she told me the below thing.
"Vanga.... Vanga Thamizhini, vanga Atchaya, shushu poyikalam."

All others are talking ngoi ngoi only in school including her Driver uncle. :D This is what my daughters English knowledge.

To all Kidzee teachers: Please don't mind my daughter. :-)

School Fun

I went home for lunch this afternoon and Thamizhini was having her lunch. I was simply talking with her and My dad told me to ask her about the snacks that was given to her to have it on the school. I simply started my conversation as below:

Me: Enna da mum sapte inniku? (She daily tell us what we packed on that day)

Thamizhini: Naanu (thinking... and told with normal expression), blue color dress potrundha paapa en mum -me pidungiduchu!.

This is the same answer she told to my parents, when they asked sometime back. But check out below what and all she has told me when I asked!
New goggles :-)
Me: (Shocked, as I hear this for first time) enna da, pidingiducha?
She: hmm... Aama.

Me: Ne enna pannine apram?
She: Naanu adichite (showing action with her hand)

Me: (Smiling...) Adichitiya?
She: hmm... Adi pinnite (happily showing the same action again)

Me: (Shocked again, as we never heard this from her) Ennathu, Adi pinnitiya?
She: Aama, Adi pinni.... (thinking what to add...) Kuthite... (laughing)

Me: (as I don't want to hear any more horror from her...) Apdi ellam panna koodathu da.  Ne Ayah te sollidu, avanga unaku vangi koduthuduvanga, sariya.
She: Hmm..

I know about her "Courage" and I'm sure that she wouldn't have asked that lunch box back at all from that baby. Hmmm... Schooling... !She thinks on her own and tells!

Beaten up!

I have nothing much to describe about this video, but you might have much to tell once you see the video below:

Nalin was simply laying and asking the ever favorite question of all the parents: "Ne Appa thangama? Amma thangama?" Thamizhini was saying both, appa thangam amma thangam. But he wanted only one and his favorite answer, so he was keep on asking her. And suddenly our little one got angry on him, I guess she would have noticed that mobile camera and started beating him up. I'm very much happy to see this video and thought to myself that, at least she could do that :D
